What's Included With Your Venue Rental

• 60-inch round tables
• 6-foot and 4-foot tables for gift table, sign-in, catering, beverage or other usage
• 400 chairs*
• We have staff available to set up and tear down for both indoor and outdoor set-ups (weather permitting)
• Parking staff
• Use of both the Bridal Suite and Groomsmen Room
• Garbage and electric service
• Portable sound system -  **additional $250.00 fee
• 200-inch drop-down screen and projector
• Two portable beverage bars
• Two Kegerators - CO2 provided
• Walk-in cooler
• Portable dance floor (for outdoor set-ups only) - **additional $350.00 fee
• A facility coordinator is on site for all events.

*We have 200 chairs for indoor setups and 200 chairs for outdoor set-ups  for your convenience. You never have to worry about moving chairs from one location to another.

** Additional fees for set-up and tear down of portable floor and set-up and moving sound system.
